Rose Meadows is a collaborative of coloring book artists, formerly called the Coloring Group.
We create stylish coloring books for adults. They’re designed to provide a sense of calm relaxation, and help reduce stress.
This website is about our coloring books – how we create them and how people color them.
We share personal insights, free samples, and news about our current projects and newest books.
Our contributing authors include…
Aisling D’Art – Ais is best known for her quirky website (Aisling.net) filled with how-to tips about mixed media art and art journaling. She’s taught at events including Art & Soul, Art Unraveled, Artfest, and Celebrate Art.
So far, she has published over a dozen coloring books, including her popular “Bold and Easy Coloring Pages” series, and her small, hippie-style coloring books.
Kara Watson – Kara is a student and a “mom” to two sweet kitties. Kara has always been interested in art, especially paper arts.
She joined us with her first project, Bold and Easy Coloring Pages 5, co-authored with Aisling D’Art, and she was part of our Christmas ornaments project, too.
Joan Verch-Rhys – A Harvard-educated art historian, Joan is producing coloring books for adults, inspired by classical art from the 19th century and earlier.
When she’s not coloring books, she’s wallpapering her Back Bay (Boston, MA) condo, or sitting at a Newbury Street cafe, working on her travel blog (under a pen name).
Nora Cronin – Nora is a Celtic enthusiast with roots in Kilmallock (Ireland), where her Cronin and Roche ancestors lived.
Currently, Nora is working on coloring books with Irish and Celtic themes, and doting on her grandchildren as often as she can.
